Description AccuPlace is a leading manufacturer and developer of technology used in renewable energy generation systems. We are seeking a Financial Controller to join our management team and help fulfill our ambitious goals. We operate production planning, manufacturing cost accounting, inventory control, and financial accounting with a sophisticated and complex ERP system—Intuitive ERP. The Controller has two direct reports and acts as the ERP database administrator.

Requirements

  • Utilizing our ERP system and the SQL database, the Controller will analyze costs, variances and global company performance as well as report different metrics to the management team and collaboratively plan the strategic direction.
  • A dynamic and focused individual with a strong IT and database foundation combined with substantial manufacturing cost-accounting and finance experience.
  • Must have expert level Excel skills and be able to write database queries. Experiences in tax planning and tax return preparation are required.
  • The right candidate will have excellent communications skills and a desire to be involved at a senior management level
  • A bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is a must and an MBA and/or CPA are a plus but are not required.
  • Candidates should have at least 5 years’ experience in a finance management role.

Employment Listing: CNC Machine Operator

Description AccuPlace is seeking a CNC Machine Operator that will be responsible for running the CNC machines after they have been set up by a Machinist in order to fabricate parts to specification from engineering drawings. As a Machine Operator, the candidate will also be responsible for meeting production goals including machine utilization targets, performing inline inspection of all their work. This position is also responsible for the secondary operations such as deburring parts, cutting raw materials, and general machine shop assistance. The candidate will also aid in doing general shop maintenance, such as performing preventive maintenance on the equipment and cleaning of general departmental area.

Requirements – Entry Level

  • Must pose an excellent safety and attendance record.
  • Candidate must possess independent-thinking abilities, be proficient in general shop math, and must be able to perform responsibilities with supervision.
  • Candidate must be a dependable and able to complete tasks requested accurately and on a timely manner
  • Candidate must be able to adapt to a fast-paced team work environment.
  • Technical certification and/or equivalent work experience a must.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.

Employment Listing: CNC Machinist II / Toolmaker

Description AccuPlace is seeking a CNC Machinist that will be responsible for fabricating parts to specification from engineering drawings by performing own set-ups on all shop equipment using CNC Mills and Lathes, surface grinders, and general machine shop equipment. As a CNC Machinist, the candidate will also be responsible for meeting production goals including machine utilization targets, performing inline inspection of all their work, fixture and tooling manufacturing where required. In addition, the candidate will be running secondary operations such as deburring parts, cutting raw materials, and general machine shop assistance. The candidate will also aid in doing general shop maintenance, such as performing preventive maintenance on the equipment and cleaning of general departmental area.

Requirements – Must have a minimum of 8yrs experience as a CNC Machinist.
